Our team
Samara Kline received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in 2003 and graduated from Georgetown University in 2000 with a double major in History and International Relations. Her prior experience includes the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Communications Commission, and the U.S. Embassy in London. She is a member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is fluent in Spanish.
Paul Conley Kline received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in 1994, with additional law study at Oxford University and graduate studies in immigration law at Harvard Law School. He served as a U.S. Foreign Service diplomat from 1976 to 1999, reaching the rank of Consul General, with postings across Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese.
