Investor Visas

Whether you want to start your own business or invest in an existing enterprise, we spend the time to understand your background and goals in order to create the blueprint to best achieve them. E visas can initially be granted for any period but up to five years, during which time the holder may travel freely in and out of the U.S. E visas are renewable indefinitely, meaning that they can be renewed as long as there is a need to manage and direct the underlying business. Furthermore, dependent spouses have the option of obtaining employment authorization and children are permitted to study in the United States for the duration of the visa.

E1 Treaty Trader

If you are a businessperson from a qualifying treaty country, and you plan to either engage in substantial trade with the U.S. or work for a company that does, then an E-1 Treaty Trader visa may serve you well for a number of years.

E-2 Visas Treaty Investor

If you are an investor from a qualifying treaty country then an E-2 visa may allow you to live in the United States for the purpose of owning and running a qualifying business or enterprise.
